Say goodbye to Stress, Anxiety and Sleeplessness, join the ranks of 2167 calm and energized meditators
The modern plague
In today's fast-paced world, many of us find ourselves constantly on the go. We juggle work, family, and social obligations, all while trying to keep up with the ever-changing demands of modern life. But this constant rush can come at a cost: increased stress, anxiety, and sleeplessness.
Take a moment to ask yourself: When was the last time you truly felt at peace? When did you last have a good night's sleep without any worries?
The hidden price tag
It may not seem like a big thing, you just feel a bit tired and you think it’s normal. But as the days go by you feel more and more stressed, you can’t sleep and your anxiety is slowly creeping in on you. Before you know it, you aren’t yourself anymore. And it’s starting to show both at work and at home.
In my 20s, I suffered from chronic fatigue syndrome. After living in the fast lane for years, partying, working, I was suddenly bed-bound for 4 whole months. I was thinking the same as you, “I was just a bit tired, nothing worse than that” So I kept on living in the fast lane, until my body couldn’t take it anymore.
My saving grace
While being bed-bound for 4 whole months in a small and dark room I was desperately looking for solutions. I went to doctors, specialists, I tried everything. After a couple of months and some failed attempts I came across meditation, and everything changed. My energy levels started to rise, the anxiety was fading away and the stress slowly lost it’s hold of me. 12 months after discovering meditation I was fully back to not only normal, but I was feeling better than I’ve ever had.
How you can do the same?
After recovering from chronic fatigue syndrome I wanted to share the benefits of meditation to as many people as possible, especially people who were struggling with stress, anxiety and sleeplessness. The word mantra comes from the ancient Sanskrit language and translates as; manas = mind and tra = vehicle. In Vedic meditation, we use the mantra as a vehicle to draw the mind inwards into deeper more restful states. The mantra you receive is a simple sound with no intended meaning and this ‘mind vehicle’ will be selected for you to create the most effortless meditation experience. There are thousands of different mantras or 'mind vehicles' that are used in different techniques, each with their own function and outcome. Receiving a personal mantra and correct instruction for Vedic meditation gives you a deeper experience and allows you to advance your practice over the years.

Not at all. When you learn in the course, it will be sitting comfortably on a lounge. When you practice this technique at home, all that’s required is that you sit upright with the back-supported.

No, just the opposite. Meditators find that they are even sharper, more driven and more focused.
You don’t turn into a spaced-out bliss bunny. You actually get better at dealing with the things that matter in your life. You also get clearer about what those priorities are.

To be mindful is to be in the present moment. Mindfulness is not a practice, it is an outcome of meditation. Practising mindfulness involves effort. You’re thinking about and concentrating on being in the present moment. Thinking and concentrating use effort, and are exhausting. You’re trying hard to be present. Everything about this course is to be effortless, it's easy.
