For Business
Meditation at Work
Stressed, burnt-out staff are the biggest hidden cost in any business. Meditation is proven to build resilience, focus and productivity, and it shows up on the bottom line. We work with progressive companies, in person and online, to help their people feel and perform at their best.
What clients typically see within the first three months
reduction in sick leave
reduction in employee turnover
more energised and productive
How meditation changes how a team works
Sharper memory and concentration
Teams become less distracted by trivial thinking and better able to concentrate, processing more even under multiple demands.
More innovation and creativity
Meditation enhances activity in the frontal lobes, improving lateral thinking and problem solving, the raw material of good ideas.
Higher productivity
Better sleep, clearer thinking and more positive mood translate directly into getting more done, with less strain.
Better decision making
Under stress our thinking narrows. As the stress response settles, the rational, strategic part of the brain comes back online.
Healthier, happier people
Less stress means fewer stress-related illnesses, less absence, and a workforce that actually wants to be there.

The science
Backed by research
Vedic meditation is the same technique studied as Transcendental Meditation, one of the most researched practices in the world.
A systematic review and meta-analysis found meditation programmes produce small to moderate reductions in anxiety, depression and stress.
Goyal et al., JAMA Internal Medicine, 2014 ↗A randomized controlled trial found a 48% reduction in heart attack, stroke and death among people with heart disease who practised meditation, over an average of five years.
Schneider et al., Circulation: Cardiovascular Quality and Outcomes, 2012 ↗
Common questions
Is this delivered in person or online?
Both. Sessions can be run on site at your office or live over Zoom for distributed teams, whichever suits you best.
How big can the group be?
The Meditation at Work course runs for up to 20 people; the full Vedic Meditation course is capped at 10 so everyone gets personal attention. Larger organisations can run multiple cohorts.
How quickly do teams feel the difference?
Most people feel calmer within the first sessions. Within the first three months, clients typically see meaningful improvements in stress, focus and energy.
Is meditation really worth the investment for a business?
Stressed, burnt-out staff are costly. Both Harvard Business School and INSEAD have concluded that meditation and intuition are among the most effective tools for modern executives.
