A private container, built entirely around you.

This is not a course you fit into. It is shaped around your life, your goals and the patterns we are working to change.

  • A twelve-week private engagement, one to one with me throughout, start to finish.
  • Regular live sessions, with your practice and the work shaped around your life rather than a fixed syllabus.
  • Direct access to me between sessions, so you are supported when things actually come up, not only on the call.
  • You leave with a lifelong Vedic practice and a different baseline, not a temporary lift that fades in a fortnight.

I'm not a coach with a certificate. I rebuilt myself with this work.

At sixteen I left school and trained as a joiner. Then chronic fatigue syndrome arrived and stayed for eight years. I dragged myself through university, through a corporate job, through every doctor who treated symptoms but never touched the cause. Nothing worked.

Vedic meditation is what brought me back. Eighteen months of daily practice did what eight years of medicine could not. The fatigue lifted, my mind cleared, and the rest of my life followed, including the woman who became my wife.

I mentor privately because this is the work that changed everything for me, and at this depth it can only be done one to one. When the fit is right, I take you all the way through it.

What actually happens on the call?

A relaxed conversation. I learn where you are and what you want to change, you get a feel for how I work, and we decide together whether it is a fit. There is no pitch and no pressure. If it is not right, I will say so.

How is this different from the course or an app?

The course teaches the technique in a group format. This is the opposite. Everything is built around you, over twelve weeks, with me in it alongside you the whole way. It is the difference between a class and a private guide.

Is this just meditation?

Vedic practice is the engine, but the work spans stress, stored patterns, clarity, leadership and intention. Meditation is how we change the foundation. It is not the whole of what we do together.

What's the investment?

We discuss it on the call, once we both know it is a fit. It is a serious investment in a serious piece of work, and it is deliberately not right for everyone.

How much time does it take?

A daily practice of twenty minutes, twice a day, plus our sessions. The practice fits into your life. It does not take it over.

Do you take everyone?

No. I work with only a few private clients at a time so each one gets my full attention. The call is how we both make sure it is right before we begin.
