The deepest work I do. One person at a time.
A private mentoring programme for people who have built the outer life and know something underneath still needs to change. Vedic meditation, deep coaching and real inner work, one to one, until the way you operate is different at the root.

You've optimised everything on the outside. The thing underneath hasn't moved.
You've read the books, done the courses, maybe sat the retreats. From the outside it looks handled. Inside, the same patterns keep running: the low hum of stress, the reactivity you regret an hour later, the sense that you are operating just below your real capacity and cannot think your way past it.
That ceiling is not a knowledge problem. You already know what you should do. It is held lower down, in the nervous system, in stored stress and old patterns that no amount of strategy reaches. That is the level this work operates at.
You don't need more information. You need the thing underneath to actually change.
What we work on together.
Private mentoring is not one outcome. It is the full range, mapped to where you actually are and where you want to go.
Stress & trauma release
We clear what is stored in the body first. Vedic practice settles the nervous system so that everything else becomes possible. Nothing real happens until this part moves.
Clarity, performance & leadership
As the inner noise drops, decisions sharpen. You lead from a steadier place, react less, see further, and stop leaking energy on things that were never yours to carry.
Manifestation & sankalpa
We get precise about what you actually intend, then use the deeper states of practice to align you with it. Not wishful thinking. Clear intention, held from a settled mind.
Vedic practice & self-knowledge
The through-line of everything. A real, lifelong practice, and a far clearer relationship with who you are underneath the roles you play.
A private container, built entirely around you.
This is not a course you fit into. It is shaped around your life, your goals and the patterns we are working to change.
- A twelve-week private engagement, one to one with me throughout, start to finish.
- Regular live sessions, with your practice and the work shaped around your life rather than a fixed syllabus.
- Direct access to me between sessions, so you are supported when things actually come up, not only on the call.
- You leave with a lifelong Vedic practice and a different baseline, not a temporary lift that fades in a fortnight.
I take a few private clients at a time. Here's who I say yes to.
This is for you if
- You're successful on paper and know something deeper is still unfinished
- You're done with quick fixes and ready for real, sustained work
- You'll protect a daily practice and show up fully for twelve weeks
- You want depth and honesty, not cheerleading
- You can invest properly in yourself when the fit is right
This isn't for you if
- You want a quick hack or a single one-off session
- You're looking for someone to simply agree with you
- You won't commit to a daily practice
- You're not ready to invest in work at this level
The people I work with don't talk in vague terms.
I've become a more grounded and authentic leader, experiencing deeper human connections as my practice progresses. Sam is the person responsible for all of this.
Ryan Breslow · Founder of BoltAfter 15 years of practising traditional mindfulness meditation, I found Soma's approach to be such a massive relief. Well worth your money and time.
John Ellison · FounderI tried guided meditation with apps and videos, but I just didn't get it and thought it wasn't for me. Sam demonstrated the benefits without being pushy. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
Kathy Cookson · Soma studentI tried numerous YouTube meditations and meditation apps, and I never found an approach to meditation. Booking with Sam will completely change your image of meditation.
Hanna K · Soma studentBook a discovery call.
A free, no-pressure conversation to see if this is the right fit, for both of us. If it is, we will talk about what working together looks like. If it isn't, I will point you somewhere better. No pitch either way.
The questions worth asking first.
What actually happens on the call?
A relaxed conversation. I learn where you are and what you want to change, you get a feel for how I work, and we decide together whether it is a fit. There is no pitch and no pressure. If it is not right, I will say so.
How is this different from the course or an app?
The course teaches the technique in a group format. This is the opposite. Everything is built around you, over twelve weeks, with me in it alongside you the whole way. It is the difference between a class and a private guide.
Is this just meditation?
Vedic practice is the engine, but the work spans stress, stored patterns, clarity, leadership and intention. Meditation is how we change the foundation. It is not the whole of what we do together.
What's the investment?
We discuss it on the call, once we both know it is a fit. It is a serious investment in a serious piece of work, and it is deliberately not right for everyone.
How much time does it take?
A daily practice of twenty minutes, twice a day, plus our sessions. The practice fits into your life. It does not take it over.
Do you take everyone?
No. I work with only a few private clients at a time so each one gets my full attention. The call is how we both make sure it is right before we begin.
Ready to do the deeper work? Let's talk.
One honest conversation. No pressure, no pitch. Just a clear look at whether this is the right next step for you.
