Vedic Meditation in Hampshire

Sam Wysock-Wright teaches Vedic meditation in person at Hares Farm, in the Hampshire countryside near Hook. If you live or work nearby, in Basingstoke, Fleet, Farnham, Reading or anywhere along the M3, you can learn the full technique the way it has always been taught: directly from a teacher, with your own personal mantra.

Learning in person in Hampshire

The Vedic Hybrid Course runs over five days: two private one-to-one sessions with Sam either side of three short teaching sessions. You receive your personal mantra in the first session and can meditate on your own straight away. Sessions take place at Hares Farm, and the one-to-one parts can also be taken live over video if your week will not hold still.

Vedic meditation is effortless. There is no concentrating, no clearing your mind, no doing it wrong. You sit comfortably for around twenty minutes, twice a day, and the technique does the settling for you. It suits busy, sceptical people who have bounced off breathing apps and guided tracks.

Where you will learn

Hares Farm sits in quiet countryside near Hook, easy to reach from the M3, Basingstoke, Fleet, Farnham and Reading, and only a few minutes from Hook station on the line from London Waterloo. It is a calm, unhurried setting, which is exactly the point: somewhere you can step out of the noise and learn something that stays with you for life.

Learn it once, keep it for life.

Whether you are in Hampshire or learning online, the technique is the same and it is yours for good.
